I was recommended city wide by some neighbors. The guy who came up was nice and was informative. We were told to go to a place to look at flooring. We did, the guy at the store told us to contact city wide to let them know the materials. Anyways Deb was extremely snarky told us that’s Not how it goes and they need to call them. Forgetting I’m just the customer doing what I’m told. It took several days to get any sort of bid. When I would call to ask for update she again was rude. I don’t even want to call anymore.
