We've had these machines here over 3 years and it's always the same complaints: expired food, neglecting to turn the machine back on after service, incorrect change given or none at all, drink machine is so filthy it can't operate correctly and constantly drops drinks (not into the retrieval slot, but into an unreachable void) I've also noticed they leave gaps so it looks like there's product but you paid for an empty slot. I've been wanting to post this for years but kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. No more.

I ordered a vending machine and my order got stuck in Ohio .. all of a sudden they want me to pay $980 to finish off the shipment to me after I paid $1610 for the whole process

Cannot get a hold of anyone, machines are constantly malfunctioning, and are not restocked on a regular basis.

There slow. Machines don't get filled fast enough. Always out of there hyvee meals they stock. For the price we pay for there items. I'd expect faster refill times. Sometimes they just fill the soda machines and don't restock the food.

We have 2 of this company's machines in our breakroom at work. Constant issues, both with products being vended and the ability to pay for them. Worse yet, when I called for service, the person was extremely unpleasant to speak with. In another portion of my workplace, we have more of this company's machines. The price is clearly listed as .85 and yet every time it charges my card .95. Not a big deal, but it does need to have accurate pricing.
