The traffic control based outside AAMI park for monster jam was absolutely horrendous. You have a tc standing there doing nothing just talking with security guards she then proceeded to take down signs whilst having tcs on bats. TCs were holding up traffic for absolutely no reason at all, cars were banked around punt road all blasting their horns. I worked at Citywide and my experience was nothing short of toxic and unprofessional. I was harassed by a male coworker (Jake) who pressured me for explicit photos, despite me being married. I took it to HR and he was eventually fired, but instead of support, the female staff started a group chat where they made me out to be the problem and even painted Jake as the victim. Making your workers work night shift in the wrong ppe, have them slave away in unsafe conditions?
Just got stuck in the Flemington racecourse car park for ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES after Knotfest because of how seriously incompetent citywide traffic ‘management’ is. Funnily enough, traffic only started moving when they packed up and left. Apparently a bunch of exhausted metal heads who have been moshing for 12 hours can manage traffic better than this pathetic traffic management company.
