I don't recommend using this company as your title company if you are closing on buying a house. I did not choose a title company and let my bank choose this company, which was a big mistake. I was a buyer for a property and used Citywide for closing/title. The wiring instructions they provided for closing provided did not include the amount to wire, so my bank refused to wire the money.
