Smooth, quiet closing…staff was accommodating and efficient.
We closed on 4/7/24. I am waiting for a check from the title company regarding over $8000 they held on taxes. Asking them when we can expect those funds sent to us (the sellers). Sent 2 emails. No response yet. I called the number just like "the owner" asked me to...no answer. Left message and sent out my 3rd. Email. If no response reporting to the regulating government agencies, calling TV stations. I want our money back. Totally unprofessional.
