The people I work for are polite not rude like some places. But my issue is that a lot of companies like these can’t understand why they can’t keep people there. Keeping your employees long term is about how you treat & take care of your employees. You take care of us and we look out for you. A lot of trucking companies have figured out this gem. This company is a JOKE! My family needs to get a Security company to protect me from this Security company!!! Their driver was driving way over the speed limit going the wrong way on a one-way thoroughfare, we had to jump out of the way so we wouldn’t get hit by his beat up blue Audi Then I found him sleeping in his car facing the wall in my parking spot. This So-called Security company makes Barney Fife look like Seal Team 6!!! “CLOWN SHOW!”
When I worked there a couple years ago a lot of the Guards did not have licenses for guarding the pay wasn’t good and their timekeeping was terrible and they were constantly bickering and sleeping on the job not to mention they paid me minimum wage I did not stay there very long and I was shamed to put it on my resume
