We had a great experience with Earl from CityWide Plumbing! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and installed our water tank in no time! He even made the box into a house for our kids, which kept them entertained for weeks. Highly recommend!
Started out on Monday getting a hot water tank replaced. Tech was great and FAST. Super friendly BUT that afternoon no hot water messaged said they would send a tech Perfect tech came said found a broken wire all good let it heat up and everything will be great. NOPE again no Hot water message and ok we will send a tech Thursday morning to switch out that tank and install a new tank. Great Tech arrives and is far from polite. Says he is taking tank to shop and will return with a replacement tank no explanation. I called his ... read more

Installed through Home Depot. Left a stinky gas valve I asked to be replaced and didn't leave me an invoice number to get my rebate.
