I was expecting a more professional experience, but it did not meet my expectations. The appointment scheduling was unclear and required multiple confirmations. The technician arrived later than expected. The work felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. I expected a more comprehensive approach. There was little explanation of what was done. The issue still seems unresolved. Overall, not satisfied.

I had a few people quote the work needed he was the quickest to respond and the most honest with his pricing. As well it was technical fix needed and the other tech didn’t even find the route causes. They did I would highly recommend to anyone needing there services.

Exceptional Service – Even Late on a Sunday! I can’t say enough good things about Citywide Plumbing. The owner himself came out very late on a Sunday night to deal with a burst pipe in my home, and he was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and properly. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication these days! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and reliable plumbing service.
