Two neighbors of mine recently had extensive renovation projects completed by Citywide Homes. Before using John on my own small project, I had a chance to inspect the work he did for my neighbors. Citywide handled a master bathroom remodel for us, along with a breezeway redo. They were super clean, finished on time and budget, and really did follow through with every call and email, just like they claimed. Easy recommendation!
John and his team remodeled our bathroom on the first floor. I never could've imagined that this bathroom could've turned out as beautifully as it did. They are very professional and everything that they did was picture perfect. They cleaned up after every day where you would never know that they were in there working. I would recommend them for any work that you need done without hesitation. I will definitely be using them again
John and his team are great. They are extreamly profesional and talented. My first experience with them is having a door replaced and they went above and beyond not only replacing my door but made sure my security system was replaced correctly. I'm a mortgage loan originator and always recomend them for my 203K rehab loans. No job is too small and with any project it's completed the correct way. John and his team always exceeds my expectations with their finished work.
We bought a property in South Windsor that had remodeling done by several contractors without obtaining necessary Town permits. The condominium was rented with a lease provision that such permits would be obtained before the tenants could use the whole premises. John Dziadul, owner of Citywide Homes LLC, came to our rescue.
