I brought my daughter for her first eye exam today, and we had an amazing experience! The office provided excellent service, and Dr. Lily Zhu-Tam is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality eye care.
Dr. Lily provided a very thorough exam for my 2 year old. She was able to get my very shy son to cooperate during the exam. . She was very patient with my son and with all my questions. Office is very clean with high end tech. Highly recommend!
Amazing bedside manner from the staff to the optometrist! They were really gentle and caring of my toddler who tends to be quite shy. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Lily Zhu-Tam has been my son's optometrist for a year now and I am waiting for my other little one to turn 5 to go there as well. Its a little bit of a trek for us and will be even more of a trek when we move but its well worth it. Dr Zhu-Tam is so patient, so kind, and so educating that I trust her 110%. My son's vision is fine now and both of us parents wear glasses so we believe he will eventually too. We put glasses on him where it helps to lessen the strain when he does things close up. The office is very clean. Staffs are nice and sweet. Dr. Tam is very kind and patient. She spent an hour to do a complete check and explain my problems. She also spent extra time to educate me some medical teams and how to take good care of eyes. I’ve been seeing doctors, but no one as patient as Dr. Tam.
