I first started by e-mailing the company via their website to receive a quote. I received a response saying i need to call in to receive a quote. I spoke to a service rep who then told me they can't do quotes or give me an hourly rate as they charge based on the job. I scheduled a service call for 12:00-2:00pm. I waited and waited and called them at 2:00pm to see what was going on. I spoke with a dispatcher who said he would call the tech to see what's going on and then give me a call back. Arrived 2hrs late to scheduled appointment; didn't appear aware of 15% advertised discount; estimate way higher than imagined; instisted I pay the $30 minimum fee; technician wouldn't leave until I called his supervisor; supervisor told me I am banned for life; I previously used this company for a different job and was previously highly satisfied; not sure I would recommend this company to a friend.
