I arrived for my scheduled window early and had a hard time getting logged in. I texted the number I had been coordinating with about my time, and someone called me within three minutes. She helped me address the login issues and get started with my CPR. She also suggested I start with infant ventilation and compressions so that if I needed help with the adult portion, I wouldn’t be too worn out for the infant. I received my ACLS certification through citywide CPR. The team was really supportive and helpful during the skills session. They really want you to succeed. Additionally, I felt a bit nervous signing up for my course, as it seemed like there wasn’t an exhaustive amount of direction about where to go and what to do but it ended up being really simple to do the online portion and in person skills portion.
They were so helpful i would recommend them to all my friends and family
Ease of use, straight forward, and understanding - is why I recommend using Citywide CPR. My CPR lapsed while I was on leave for surgery, recovery is not going well, which caused me to need to move my skills session. I fully expected a hassle - but none was given. Staff was responsive, prompt, and friendly.
