Citywide is the best towing and repair shop I have dealt with in decades. When my work truck broke down they were there in 30 minutes to tow it. They did the repairs themselves and didn't try to sneak in a bunch of unnecessary repairs to increase my bill. My truck was ready to go a few days later. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners Gary and Mike when I went to pick it up, they are 2 young guys who bring a touch of hospitality that you don't see in the automotive industry anymore. Prompt, trustworthy service! My engine overheated on the Taconic (caused by another mechanic not bleeding the cooling system post flush) and I happened to pull over right by this shop. I was planning on walking over for some coolant but the dispatcher sent Ronny to double check I didn’t have a leak. After refilling the coolant he suggested I bring the car to the shop to make sure there wasn’t a leak and to properly bleed the system. These guys are highly professsional, courteous and pay attention to detail. You could not find a better tow company. Watching the technician at work, I never had a seconds doubt or concern. Superb!! They arrived at the agreed time. Loaded the vehicle on the flatbed very carefully. They could not have been better.
