Ishmail and his friend did an excellent job. I first went to Safelite to fix the rear windshield, my rear wiper motor was broken because of them, but they said it was a defective glass and left the job as it was. After that, I contacted Ishmail, and he explained the situation in detail, fixed the misalignment, removed the faulty glass from Safelite, and replaced it. Very professional, and the price was much lower than others.
This is my second windshield replacement on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. When I needed my first replacement, I asked my mechanic for a recommendation, and they shared that CITYWIDE AUTOGLASS DFW was their first choice. Ishmael (Ish) was very professional in scheduling and making sure he had the correct windshield in stock (or would order one). It takes about an hour and all the stickers e.g., TollTag, Inspection/registration, etc., are all transferred over. GREAT WORK!
Ishmael was knowledgeable, very friendly and courteous, included the new molding for the glass in a very competitive price, and used high quality urethane to glue the glass. No scratches anywhere on the car. I watched him and he was very careful, professional and not in a rush. I will take all of my future auto glass to him.
