Good evening to all. I just picked up my 2011 Ford F150 supercrew cab bright red i had some repairs completed today #1 was a tune up #2 was an oil leak from the oil pump and switch all work was completed to my expectations Jo made sure that all the oil from the leak was cleaned with the pressure washer, I want to thank the team at City Wide Auto Repair Cypress I will be a return customer, Thank you for all your help 🙏 MartinGonzales .

I have been a loyal customer for over 11 years because Citywide has been consistent about fair prices, professional and good quality service. Rod is very accommodating as far as scheduling your car for repairs/service. Citiwide only recommends what’s needed… no upsale and only honesty with recommendations of what service your car needs. It’s a place I trust.

I have been at the CityWide Auto Care for a couple of times for oil change, brake pads and rotor services. The service was decent and at a fair price. I had little idea of auto work, but worked previously with a manufacturing company, I got the same feeling of efficient shop floor, well organized tools, and equipment. The communication with the shop manager was clear and straightforward. The shop managers always came out himself to check on my vehicle with quick conversation to understand what was going on, but no other sale... read more
