The alarm equipment works well and as described. The office team is tedious to work with as they are unwilling to negotiate any edits/changes/hiccups to the fees they charge their clients. The fees and/or service repair/requests are not clearly stated in the agreement paperwork; at time of original paperwork they were unwilling to edit any verbiage in the contract.
