I owned a condo here but sold it. These are nice condos and management is responsive to any concerns. The building is clean and kept up.. The only thing I did not like was they shut your heat and AC off when they decide it was the right time. There were times when it was 75 and our AC had not been turned on yet. Luckily, now where I live, I control when I turn my AC and heat on. It’s nice that the condo has an office that is staffed daily and in the evenings.
