I can NOT express how much I appreciated what Tai did for me today! I have tried for 3 days to solve an issue on my HP laptop. Steps i took: First I called Xfinity (tech dept could not help, so they sent me to security!) After an hour with all that, they said it was an HP issue! Thus, the next day i contacted HP; after rerouting me several times, finally the person said it was a Microsoft issue!
