I had a bad experience at this facility. I was misinformed by Physician Assistant, Jared David York and Medical Assistant, Martha about the requirements for being seen at this office for lower back pain. They advised me that I would need to switch my Primary Care Physician (PCP) in order to be treated, despite both being under Texas Health Resources (THR). 30 mins early for my appointment & did all the stuff online earlier so that it would be quicker (& I was 1 of 2 people waiting) ….they sat me there until my time exactly. Once called the tech wore gloves out in the office then into the room then to enter info on the computer then also to do my vitals….never changed them….but you don’t need gloves to open a door & type some things into a computer. Disappointed that everything has to be about money. If you come to your physical and have anything going on that you want to discuss. You have to change to a regular appointment. So basically, you can’t talk about anything else but your physical. Never heard of this. Then if you have tested positive for COVID, they won’t call anything in for you without you doing a virtual appointment which could be scheduled 2-4 days out. Will NEVER go back. Lack of quick response to messages and my health concerns. Doctor's response was to have assistant tell me it was a cold. I ended up going to ER where I was diagnosed with bronchitis.
