I feel that they are to nickel and dime their customers. As a new client I felt uncomfortable from the get go. Walk in the reception area.( eating at the front desk is a NO NO. The seating was as if they went to a yard sale. Un- matched seating. I had change insurance for the year 2025 and my original dentist does not take HMO. A friend of mine was waiting 3 years to promised work from them spending over 40k. nothing was done other than dentures when implants were promised. he was supposed to receive credit back but has been waiting over a year. This dentistry is a FRAUD.
This place is practicing unlawful tactics they will charge you for work you haven’t agreed to and charge you before any work is started or completed
Please be careful. They messed up my dental work multiple times. I had tooth pain for months and it wasn’t until I got a bad infection that sent me to the emergency room did they take me serious. They looked at outdated X-rays and didn’t even see the infection until my face swelled up. After going through a rough experience they sent me to a surgeon for a root canal and when I called about the crown they gave me attitude and said to stop calling and wait.
