Conveniently located with ample parking. Minimal wait time for my appointment. Dr Johnson was very welcoming, attentive and professional. She provided an accurate analysis of my status and alternative options to aid my hearing. Great visit!!
High level of service to make sure that client has best fit for their needs and maintenance of devises that provides consistent and ongoing hearing quality.
This is the second Audiologist I have been to. Lisa was very nice and gave me more information and help on my tinnitus than any other doctors that I have been too. I thought I was going to be tested, but found out that first appointment were just a consultation. The front desk needs to explain this when patients call to make an appointment. But I am glad it ended up a consultation. I will be back if I find out I need hearing aids or therapy.
