Lisa was very professional in explaining the testing process, the results and showed me that my hearing is good and that hearing aids were not necessary at this time.
Everyone here is so nice and helpful They definitely know their business! Dr Johnson is great, very nice and personable. I would highly recommend this practice to my family and friends.
Made an appointment. Provided information requested that day. Then drive 2 hours for my appointment and told it was canceled. Very disappointed with the staff. Checked emails and voicemails on my phone. No messages from them. I won’t be back. UPDATE 8/29/26: I did receive a voicemail message on Friday from Dr. Blaizing at 4:47 p.m. I plan on calling her back on Monday.
