My year lease there was a good experience overall to be honest. I did see the occasional bug unfortunately but I got pest control to come treat the areas and I wouldn't see another. I didn't like that my unit had a bedroom with a window to my hallway and not to the outside.. The only bad experience I had was my tub had a hole in it and the water leaked out all over the floor and they didn't send someone to the apartment to fix it immediately as if wasn't a necessity.. Love it here! Friendly Staff and residents. Amenities are very well kept. Maintenance persons are the best and so efficient. The gym, pool and clubhouse are lovely additions that make you never want to leave LOL
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I literally found 4 roaches in the past month in my apartment. When I reported the issue, nothing was done except when Crystal, who is part of the leasing staff, came to my door and harassed me to show her the property because she didn’t believe me (even though I have pictures). To which she then lied to Paul and said I threatened her when I was the one who felt threatened as she would not leave my apartment door for 10 minutes demanding to come in.
