Don’t rent at CityView. Ever since new management took over this place has gone downhill fast. The AC is super old, barely works, and even when it’s on your apartment stays hot. Doesn’t matter, you’ll still get stuck with crazy high electric bills. The staff is rude and never helpful. Half the time they don’t answer the phone or call you back, and when they do, different people tell you different things. CityView is a great property for many reasons, I have enjoyed living here for multiple years and being centrally located and near downtown KC are big perks. The property is always clean, the office staff is always friendly, and I enjoy the sponsored activities and events they provide to us. Luis, the property manager, is very friendly and accommodating, you can see he cares a lot about our community and addressing any concerns.
