I have gone back and forth about writing this review because there are genuinely a lot of things I like about this apartment community. The apartments are well built, the walls are thick, the community is cute, and overall it could be a really great place to live. That’s actually what makes the management and maintenance issues so frustrating. I am paying competitive rent for an apartment with appliances that are very outdated. Jonathan came right away to help fix shower and I am very happy. Jonathan is kind, respectful and extremely capable. This is a GREAT place to live. UPDATE: Jonathan continues to knock it out of the park. Such a pleasant, respectful man and knows his stuff. I am lucky to have him help me!
