I can’t say enough about ALL the staff. Mallory at the front desk greets you and your pup like family. Scarlet the groomer actually comes out to greet you like she is performing the most important procedure that day, even if it’s just a “grooming”. Amanda the Vet Tech, who always has a genuine smile, listens and asks questions and you can tell she deeply cares; to Dr Amanda who is very informative and presents options. I call this vet yesterday when I needed to bring my puppy on. I was told it would be 69.00 for the visit. After the vet look at my puppy it had all kinds issues. I was definitely shocked . I had only asked if there was something to put on his paw to stop his licking. I was never explained the whole thing. When the bill was presented I was clearly surprised and upset. Not saying muck I paid it and was given 3 pill Vials. I left and went home . After giving the meds to him, he became pretty sick. He threw up and was very restl... read more
