This was my first time coming here and I ended up being late for the appointment. I called and asked if I would still be able to come and even though they were booked for the rest of the day, they found a way to fit me in. On top of that, everyone was very friendly!
Profit minded company. Does not give all relevant information/options. They are like a mechanic that ignores issues to keep you coming in. Edit: These people seriously didn't offer subcutaneous fluids for dehydration and did not mention fatty liver disease knowing my elderly cat stopped eating for 2 days. They offered things that wouldn't work knowing I had limited funds and made humane euthanasia financially impossible by doing so. I took my elderly dog to see Dr. Beth for a growth on her. She explained everything clearly that she needed to have done. Her staff also went over all cost and were very willing to work with me. After her surgery they followed up with me several times. Dr. Beth did let me know that her age is could be a concern and explained why so I could make an informed decision.
