We brought in a wounded parrot we had found and were hoping to get some guidance. The lady at the front desk was quite dismissive and came across as rude when we asked for help. Our 1st visit today. They staff were happy & very friendly. The vet that saw my dog was very good with her. She checked her heart and teeth asked me questions & acknowledged my dog. I'm very happy with how we got treated there & told them we will be back.
Love all the staff at Cityvets, Amy at reception and Dr Jesse and everyone we have talked to in fact. We rang and had to reschedule a few times but it was never any trouble. I was hesitant to go due to a bad experience at another vets but I heard great reviews from here.
