Love all the staff at Cityvets, Amy at reception and Dr Jesse and everyone we have talked to in fact. We rang and had to reschedule a few times but it was never any trouble. I was hesitant to go due to a bad experience at another vets but I heard great reviews from here. Rudest staff possible
City vet are honestly the BEST vets. We love Dr Jesse, she’s such a kind, caring lady. All the staff are genuine, great people and they always go above and beyond for you & your fur babies. Highly recommend!!
HORRIBLE customer service today on 14/10/25 . The receptionist was very condescending. After asking a couple questions it turned into her tone changing & being very rude. I have been coming to these vets for over 6 years but after that conversation i will not be returning back . Very Unprofessional.
