We tried to take a pup to these people, as we nearly ran it over. The girl at the desk literally told us, it wasn't their problem and to put him back on the street! We took him to a shelter instead, but what a terrible attitude!
Had my first visit for my cat - Maisey. All staff members were absolutely lovely and took great care of my fur baby. 10/10. Thank you for being so wonderful ladies
Had to make a tough decision to euthanize our furry family member. The lovely staff were so respectful and patient with us. And the final procedure was so gentle and peaceful.
Dr Alan and the team at Cityvet have been absolutely amazing for my beautiful boy Shadow. From day one he has showed the utmost care and compassion, helping us through his tough life. We brought in a wounded parrot we had found and were hoping to get some guidance. The lady at the front desk was quite dismissive and came across as rude when we asked for help. She explained they couldn’t take the injured animal because no one was available over the weekend, which is understandable.
