Great staff, good customer service.
5 stars! Milo was neutered today at CityVet in Surprise, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was kind and professional, and the discharge process was just as easy. I also loved being able to monitor everything through the app — it gave me so much peace of mind throughout the day. Thank you for taking such great care of Milo!
We took our shitzu in for an ear infection. The vet and staff were very personable and kind and had empathy for our pup. The office is nice and not stressful for the animal. We were happy with the service they provided.
Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
