This is a great vet clinic. It is very clean and everyone was incredibly nice and friendly with our dog. A lot of vet clinics are good with pets but the employees here go above and beyond. They're the kind of people who will sit on the floor with your dog and make friends with them before doing anything else. We will be back!
Previously had went to Rockwall County Vet for the last 6 years, after some of their policy changes decided it was best to change vets. Excellent experience, super friendly staff and great location next to our neighborhood in Stone Creek.
I took my senior cat in for a visit, and the experience was great from start to finish. She does not like going to the vet, but the staff made both of us feel comfortable and at ease. Scheduling was easy, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the clinic was very clean. They explained everything clearly, provided quotes upfront, and even emailed me information and treatment options, which made the whole process simple and convenient.
