City Vet in Richardson has the most kindest doctors. They will sit on the floor with your dog and pet them and comfort them, while they explain procedures to you. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. This is a good place
Dr. Rachel Dill was amazing
I just want to say I had the best experience coming in to City Vets.in Richardson .Even my cat(Twiggy )who is very picky and won't go to anyone went right up to Dr.Dill. What amazed me was she sat on the floor and talked to me and that's when my cat went up to her and even talked to her. Dr.Dill was great she told me so much about my cat. She took the time to look at my cat not in and out of the room. She made me and my cat feel very comfortable I would recommend the office with out a doubt. I’ve had experience with both doctors (Timmermans and Dill) — and they are amazing! They put the health of my furry family first and take the time to explain all the options. All the staff is professional and considerate.
I went there expecting good service, which I did not get. First of all the vet techs do not look at you or greet you nor does the Vet Timmerman. They did greet my pet but treated me like a ghost. My pet had an emergency and all they wanted to do is get my pet and me out of the clinic. They also charged very high prices for services and medicine. I would not recommend them and would not believe all the 5 stars because there is no way they are all real. Go and see for yourself what’s going on there if you don’t believe this.
