This place is amazing! Cady, the vet tech, is absolutely phenomenal—so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. My dogs adored her! We recently switched vets, and both of my dogs were due for their yearly checkups. Cady kept everything organized, explained all their needs in detail, and truly listened to my concerns, making me feel completely at ease. I always get anxiety leaving my dogs behind when I go on trips, especially with my doodle who recently got diagnosed with epilepsy. However, the team a City Vet Phillips Creek did an incredible job! I had peace of mind giving them my pup’s medication to administer. They sent me updates and I was able to text them when I’d get anxious too (s/o Kat and Lisa!!!) They were also so speedy with replies! I even got my pups groomed while I was gone and they did an awesome job with that as well. I will definitely be using them again ... read more
The staff is Rey attentive and kind. The Dr was thorough with the exam and calmed our fears.
