The staff is very friendly
City Vet at Kallison Ranch has been a favorite Vet office of ours Dr Gaines and staff are just amazing with all my furbabies!
Today I took my dogs for their annual vaccinations. They received them without any problems. However, they didn't provide them with their complete vaccination plan. From the moment you arrive, they try to sell you other things you didn't ask for. It's very sad and very poor professional ethics to place more emphasis on selling medical procedures than on actually caring for and being more attentive to the animals.
