Every good thing you read is true. I will admit I was taking our dog, as a brand new puppy, to Banfield at Dunvale, who when contacted had no records when CityVet contacted them to transfer them. I scanned all the documents I had for recent info and sent via email to CityVet. When I brought my son's dog in, they let me know what was valid and deficient and we were able to confidently take care of him. I would highly recommend them!!!
