I had a great experience here. The doctor was very attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the visit feel very comfortable. The service was also quick and well organized, which I really appreciated. Andrea speaks Spanish and was a huge help throughout the process, making communication much easier. Overall, a very positive experience—I would definitely recommend this place!
Dr Johnston and everyone on her team listened, asked questions and communicated a plan for our sweet older dog. I feel like my questions were answered and that we all are in great hands. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The office was very clean! Dr. Johnston and staff were super attentive. I will be bringing my fur babies here from now on! Update! Everyone in the Frisco Lexington office is amazing. I had taken my dog to the vet 3 times in one week and was told he just had anxiety, Teddy was yelling and in pain on the Friday before it snowed and CityVet told me to go ahead and bring him in since our usual vet had closed for the storm. The staff took him in and found out that he had a degenerative disc that was causing his pain and helped get him calmed down and out of pain.
