Expect high invoices and long waiting time frame. Diagnosis was correct and front staff friendly.
Took my daily pet and was told about a package that included all my dogs vaccines and after the vaccinations were done they told me that my dog needed to go back for his booster and scheduled it four weeks later and I took him thinking the package I purchased included all his vaccines as I was told they gave him his booster shot and then charged me an additional $110 on top of the $380 I had paid for this package. Poor communication and poor customer service.
My first time coming here and I will definitely continue to come here. We were attended immediately as soon as we arrived. The staff were so friendly and especially to my fur baby Sky. Reasonable prices.. Thank you all!
I was able to walk right in and my kitten was treated right away. Staff was very professional and courteous.
I personally would stay clear of coming here IF you are seeking vet care. My dog had Dr. Maffry- do not take your fur babies to see him. To keep it short, my dog started having seizures 8/23. I took him in to City Vet 8/25 to have full blood test ran. Dr. Maffry informs me City Vet did the blood tests but its not full panel- $335. But if I do want a full panel, they would have to take his blood again and send it out to a lab because they don't do full panels there.
