Looks like a great property and location but no one will call or message you back for availability and pricing. I've called, left a voicemail, texted, and submitted a form on their website. Crickets. If you can't get a person on the phone for the simplest task, it makes you wonder if you can ever get a hold of them. I guess we missed a bullet.
Great location and offers a very modern workspace with fully furnished office and all the amenities at our fingertips. Whenever we had questions, the property manager, Somer was very attentive and always available. If we are needing to be back in the area, this will be our go to for all of our office needs!
We’ve all experienced bad customer service at one point or another. I try not to dwell on it too much. Sometimes people are just having a bad day. Better to let it go. But then there are times when bad customer service is so stupefyingly bad you just can’t make sense of it.
