Communication is extremely poor. On three separate occasions I have made an appointment, only to arrive at the clinic and be told they do not have the product I use in stock. Each time I have had to leave without receiving my treatment. At this point, it either feels like a ploy to get people through the door or a complete lack of regard for clients' time. I came here because I saw the glowing reviews on Bianca. I've had three sessions since August last year and can't imagine a better experience getting Botox for the first time. She is super experienced in her craft and knows what to do for each person's desired results. On top of that, she is super friendly and kind and made me feel so comfortable throughout every session. You won't regret coming here and asking for Bianca, I can't speak high enough of her!
Dr. Bianca is the best extremely honest, did amazing job compare to dental one. Not to mention half the price. Professional marked out everything before giving needles previous places had no idea 8 needs for nothing. Dr.Bianca did any amazing jobs 5 shots immediate results.
