Good service with genuine interest, (but with the Conveyancer on my heels, needed a prompt to send me the report after I had paid the bill).
Peter and the team were very professional, quick to undertake the work, and most importantly fair. The report allowed us to negotiate in good faith and resulted in all parties being satisfied early in the negotiations. Without the help of Cityside Valuers, we could have been deadlocked in prolonged negotiations which could have resulted in excessive laywer fees.
