Peter and the team were very professional, quick to undertake the work, and most importantly fair. The report allowed us to negotiate in good faith and resulted in all parties being satisfied early in the negotiations. Without the help of Cityside Valuers, we could have been deadlocked in prolonged negotiations which could have resulted in excessive laywer fees.

Last June, Peter conducted an evaluation of our property, but it was not a joint evaluation as agreed upon. Instead, he provided the evaluation exclusively to the other party involved. The assessment significantly undervalued our property, by $100,000 less than the bank's evaluation. It's unclear if Peter had sufficient knowledge about the area or something else. I strongly advise against engaging their services in the future.
