Very low pressure environment which is one reason I ended buying a new Subaru Outback vs. a used Lexus SUV--the salesperson at the local Lexus dealer was way too controlling and weird about test drive, dictating every turn in a town i've lived in for more than 30 years. I’m overall very satisfied with my purchase experience with CitySide Subaru. Mike D. helped me get the exact car that I dreamed of and the workflow from initial visit to final purchase and delivery was very smooth. The facility has limited parking but I was offered alternatives like Uber, which shows that Cityside really cares about convenience for customer. I can tell maintaining this level of service takes teamwork across the entire site, which is always rare.
The service person could have easily looked up my VIN, which was already in the system, to tell me my CVT transmission was out of warranty and I would have gone home aggravated that I missed the opportunity to have it replaced on Subaru. BUT service person decided to take my vehicle, was supposed to call next day. I had to call after 2 days of not hearing back.
