Won’t honor repairs at the prices they quoted
Customer Service Reps were all professional and extremely helpful. Technician took the time necessary to perform the repairs completely and expertly. I am very thankfully that they did not rush the repairs and focused on quality instead.
Classic car salesman bummy tactics
Very dishonest emailing practices. I asked for a quote (from a third party, not even them) to sell my car once, and they emailed me numerous times for a full month. Even when I unsubscribed, I still kept getting emails. I wondered why and noticed that AFTER you click unsubscribe, it prompts a dropdown list, and the pre selected option is to still receive emails. This is a scummy practice and I definitely won’t be selling my car to them.
Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly.
