I rented an unit in their New Lisbon location and if I am ever in need of a storage unit again I will definitely go with Cityside Storage. The units are very clean. There is no mold or mildew smells. We had a lot of rain but the unit never leaked. Communication was very easy. If you called, texted or emailed you always got a response right away.
Very easy & friendly signing up for storage unit
Great ongoing storage arrangement for our travel trailer. We needed a 12 foot door and most storage units only have 10 foot, so we were happy to find this company. Owners are communicative and respond quickly. They offer kind and friendly customer service. Property and storage units are clean and secure. We love the convenience of online/recurring payments.
