High humidity in the property and other homes in the community. Builder not accepting to correct the problem and blaming homeowners for running AC too cold or running bathroom fans. Poor quality and mediocre warranty.
They provided great support all the way through. I would definitely work with Casey and the whole team again!
As a Realtor, I work with many builders, and I had a great experience working with this team. The entire process was efficient, organized, and very easy from start to finish. A special thank you to Casey for all the help and attention to detail, especially in helping us close early! I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and look forward to working with them again.
I represented the buyers of a city side home as their Real Estate Agent. Working with the city side homes was a pleasure and it all went very smoothly all the way up to closing parents. They pay great attention to detail all the way up to the final day of closing.
Casey and Michael are amazing!
