While the individuals we worked with during the purchasing process were professional and helpful, our overall experience has changed since closing. We purchased from Cityside Homes in a new housing development, and shortly after, remaining homes were offered at significantly lower prices along with numerous incentives that were not made available to us at the time of purchase (either as complimentary upgrades or paid options).
