Not my type.
I like the concept, the views, and especially the rooftop terrace with gas line extension for fire or bbq pit! The sales staff is also very friendly. However, the price per sqft is high even for this local area. Not to mention there's plans to build a 470-E parkway extension just south of the property, and a prevailing west-to-east wind is likely to blow in dust from Rocky Flats, due directly west.
