Had an appointment to file my taxes with the owner Tracy only to get there and find out she wasn't there and it was her kids in her position. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. I went on 3/20/23 and I was told Tracy will file them soon and reach out if she neede anything else from me. Here I am today 4/17/24 still trying to figure out if she filed my taxes or not and I have she has not answered any of my messages asking for updates. Would not recommend at all.
WORST PLACE TO HAVE FILED MY TAXES ! One year later am still trying to get a copy of my 2022 taxes and I’ve called and always get told am going to get a call back I’ve driven over there I get told the same thing
