Update: Unfortunately, my experience with this company deteriorated once it became clear there was no additional business opportunity. Communication stopped, and my emails went unanswered despite multiple follow-ups. A mortgage lender should provide sound guidance and maintain responsive customer service even after a transaction is complete. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
I will definitely recommend Sue Bennett,, she knows what she’s doing and she will walk you through everything making sure you understand all the process while she makes you feel like a great friend at the same time,, I felt really comfortable working with her and I’m really glad it was her taking care of me. Great job you deserve a big raise lol.
We worked with John Chiappetta in getting first mortgage and it was a wonderful exeperience! John was quick to respond to questions and always got things done quickly. The app was easy to use and was simple when we had to upload our documents. Would definitely recommend!
