When they showed up, which was never on our designated day, the grass was mowed and trimmed ok, but we had a horrible experience with billing. They sent a bill and almost immediately started harassing us about paying. We hadn't even opened it yet and were still within the Net 10 terms. After offering to give it to them right away, or have them pick it up, they told us to mail it, but then less than 48 hours later called and threatened lawyers and contractor liens on our house.
