I moved to Chicago 2 years ago and I wish I started therapy when I first arrived instead of seeing if I could "figure it out on my own". I solved as much as I could and I came in here to fill the gaps. I regret not coming here earlier for help. They really helped me improved my self esteem, confidence, and general happiness.
