Staff here are generally kind. Asheley is awesome!
I moved here in Aug 2024 and lived here just under 1 year. Apartment location is great, and the apartment itself is fine, but my experience with management here has been absolutely terrible. They've had some staff changes, and unfortunately the only person who has been responsive or helpful has been Ashley, but as mentioned in the previous comments, even Ashley is limited in what she can do. I had to make a sudden move to SLC from Tampa. A few weeks before my move I came out to tour what felt like hundreds of apartments. While the apartments and pool here are beautiful of course, what truly made me confident in my decision to choose CityScape was the staff. I recently moved into Cityscape about a month ago with my roommate, and our experience has been excellent. Aside from the minor, routine matters common to any community, we have had no concerns. Management addresses issues promptly, and the property is consistently well-maintained. We’ve noticed significant improvements in maintenance response times, and we appreciate the timely reminders the community provides. Overall, Cityscape has exceeded our expectations, and we’re confident it is one of the best places to live.
