Management and the leasing agent are awesome!!
Update: STAY AWAY from cityscape. Now I’m completely moved out I feel more comfortable to say this: it was a horrible experience. The communication was a nightmare, I’d never ever consider recommending anyone to live here, as long as the management company doesn’t change. The manager and the assistant manager both at the end were difficult to deal with, I was honestly afraid of retaliation so held my tongue until now. Great place and Terrell is the best manager!!
Stayed here for about 1.5 years. It was amazing. I'd moved in from outside the city and Ashley stayed up late to give me my keys and welcome me to the apartment. I had toured virtually and applied straight away. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, usually within a day. Ashley is a great propery manager and all employees there are wonderful to connect with. I also loved the building events they host every month
This is a great place to live (neighbors are great) but the office is not good. The manager seems like he doesnt know what he is doing. He also seems like he is unfriendly and confused about everything. They arent answering the phones and havent been taking care of maintenance issues in a timely manner. Things have majorly gone downhill. I used to feel like this was a place i could come home to and feel like this is my home! Now it feels like a cold building, its disappointing.
