My hubby and I lived at CityScape Apartments in a 2/2 with a balcony for over 7 years, and Ashley and the team were always exceptional and very responsive, even with ownership changes over the years. We needed a pet-friendly place after a relo from another state, and CityScape checked all our boxes when it came to Walkability Score, security, gym, secure mail room, package locker, bike cage, balcony with mountain views and pet amenities. Ashley is the reason why people choose to stay at City Scape. I lived there for four years, and during that time, the place saw five different managers and too many maintenance personnel to count. Yet, Ashley was always there, consistently assisting tenants and serving as the beating heart of this apartment community. Unfortunately, I had to move out due to a serious mold problem in my apartment, which was severe enough to claim the life of my very healthy cat. Staff here are very kind and professional. Residents here are good too. The club house is beyond expection. I feel very safe in this apartment. Many thanks to the staff here. First I should say that the local folks (on-site property managers, maintenance personnel, etc.) were very friendly and accommodating, to the extent that they were allowed to be.
