City row was a new experience for me. It is fun yet challenging. Instructor Kat was clear with instructions and excellent in her explanation of the Water row machine. The studio is very clean. After each class row machines and mats are wiped down. It is a gem of a gym.
Great workout! Try all of them, they are different and add to your workout routine different but equally enjoyable. The instructor are helpful and guide anyone who is new or unsure. The staff is so nice and encouraging. You can really make the class as hard or as easy as you like but always feel encouraged to do enough to encourage change. Also love they have a monthly finisher to show yourself how you keep improving!
The instructors remember everyone’s name and always make you feel welcome and comfortable. I also liked the option to try out the gym for a week and the option for month to month even though now that I go I know I love it I don’t need the month to month I didn’t feel pressure. I could join and see if I liked it and wasn’t committed for a year. Last thing and very important to me this gym is clean and sanitized. Highly recommend trying this!

Began rowing with this crew during COVID 11/2021 outside! Ya know you’re getting hooked when you row in 23degrees and love it! Overweight, outta shape, health issues & NOT a group person! 300 classes later, 43lbs.
