Renters BEWARE, if the property you are renting from is managed by this co or Key Property Management, steer clear. They are unwilling to negotiate on leasing agreements. Property was filthy when we first moved in and CityPoint did NOTHING. Resigning with them was a headache. Avoid them if you can! Very disappointing experience.
