CityPets was able to schedule a last minute appointment for my dog that was miserable with a suspected UTI. Dr. Chapman spent a lot of time with and did a very thorough exam despite being incredibly busy. She didn’t make me feel like I was asking too many questions and was so kind to my dog. My dog is already feeling better thanks to the meds Dr. Chapman prescribed, and I appreciate the follow up plan she suggested. Thank you!! Ruthanne & Holi
The staff at CityPets614 are absolutely incredible. They're commitment to ensuring not only our dog, but that we were also comfortable with what was going on is second to none. I highly recommend them for all your animal needs.
They overcharged without giving us the correct number of pills, they overcharged us for his surgery, they missed cancer. They are so unorganized and I wouldn’t trust them with my worst enemies pet
I do not recommend this place. I was taking my kitty here every three weeks for her vaccinations. They charged me $102 for an “exam” and a booster shot when the shot alone only costs $40. The exam was just them looking in her ears and mouth, and weighing her to see if she was “healthy enough” for the shot and it’s ridiculous that it’s required at every appointment in order for her to get a booster.
