I got my german shepherd and 2 chihuahuas examined and it was wonderful the assistant was very helpful
City "Pests"... Brainless, soulless, corporate JOKE. The time I waited in a room for 45 minutes with my nervous barking dog and could hear them all having a party in the back then they did not apologize and said they were understaffed; the time they wouldn't let me schedule an appointment because they had to confirm I adopted the dog (who was first seen there as a foster), then never got back to me (Why would someone want to pay for vetting if a rescue organization was liable? Why would someone lie to get MORE vet bills? Som... read more
CityPets was able to schedule a last minute appointment for my dog that was miserable with a suspected UTI. Dr. Chapman spent a lot of time with and did a very thorough exam despite being incredibly busy. She didn’t make me feel like I was asking too many questions and was so kind to my dog. My dog is already feeling better thanks to the meds Dr. Chapman prescribed, and I appreciate the follow up plan she suggested. Thank you!! Ruthanne & Holi
