Garbage. They will not send you an invoice and then randomly decide to interrupt your service without informing you. Due to their clearly very well run business, they will blame you when you inquire. They are rude (and useless) in customer service. I guess they got what they deserve by making a living off of something so pathetic. You'd think they'd at least be good at it but it makes sense that these losers would be the only people available to take such a job.

This company is very unprofessional and everyone from the office is rude as hell. Especially crystal in the downtown office. I would advise you to check your cars for any unwarranted tickets. This company will charge for anything on the lots. It is a HUGE scam and idk why they're still in business. The 2.5 reviews should be warning enough.

They overcharged me 400$ for a spot that I never paid nor asked for. And it’s automatic payments. Now they’re not sure if they can pay me back. Don’t ever work with this company. I told them this issue over a week ago. I will be going to office everyday this week until this is resolved, this is a scam.

I regret that I cannot leave a rating of zero stars. I found it incredibly frustrating to be delayed for over an hour in a parking deck due to an unresolved issue with the exit gate. The slow response from city parking in addressing this matter was disappointing and not reflective of how consumers should be treated.
