We’ve had a frustrating experience trying to transfer my mom’s medical records to her doctor’s new clinic. We were told there would be a fee, and the transfer remains unresolved. Communication has been disappointing, making the process stressful for my mom, who is a senior. Our experience was much better with the previous staff. Based on how this request has been handled, we’re considering a formal complaint.

Really disappointed with how CityMed has changed over time. I first started using their pharmacy when my doctor accidentally sent my prescription there. Service was really good back then, so I moved all my prescriptions from Shoppers and even switched doctors. Unfortunately my recent experience hasn't been the same. Communication could be better and I had some issues with prescriptions. My doctor also left, so I had to find another clinic. It's sad because I used to be really happy with their service. Hope things improve.

My physician recently moved her practice from here. I had misplaced the email notification and I called to get her new address. They outright REDUSED claiming they had no information. VERY unprofessional. Whatever issues you may have with her had nothing to do with me. Just petty.

Very disappointed with the changes at this clinic. The atmosphere and management feel very different from what it used to be. My family and friends have been patients here and we were recently informed that our family doctor and another physician have left. Having to find/get familiar with new doctors and clinics has been very frustrating. I hope the clinic takes these changes seriously and improves continuity and communication for patients.
